Hi all. I have been away in Melbourne this week catching up with my daughter.... no computer, no blog. I feel like my creative "mojo" is under the weather. I have been searching for inspiration, but so far I am still left wanting. I did this page before I left for the June WW1 challenge:-------white + red + circles / polka dots. It was fun, I used my usual mists and paint and of course stamps; can't seem to do any page any more without stamps being included some where. Did some embossing and added some textural bits and pieces including twine .
Thanks for dropping by, hope every one has had a great week end and I apologise to all my usual wonderful visitors that leave such kind and sincere comments for being such a slack blogger friend and not calling by to say hi this past week .
Hi! this is so stunning and the red is so eye catching!! great layout!!
ReplyDeletewow this is a masterpiece Gayle .... soooooooooooo stunning .. hugz x
ReplyDeleteWe all need breaks some times. :) Hope your catching-up was fruitful!!
ReplyDeleteI especially love the mini clock-face you tucked in there. You have such a balanced eye for composition, I think.
And just be patient with that mojo - with the amount of creativity that's usually pouring out of you, I'm sure he'll be back to his big bad self in no time. :)
Another inspiring LO my friend.. I hope you had a wonderful time visiting you daughter.. And I just know you will get your Mojo back soon..
ReplyDeleteHugs, Linda
