The July LO Challenge at Our Vintage Affair is all about flowers. There has to be at least one flower on the page that you have made yourself. There was also this sketch to follow. I was up for a bit of relaxing therapy so got busy with the scissors and the punches and made all the flowers on this page. They're made from tissue paper which has been coloured with Glimmer Mist, some from card stock and some from a serviette. The tissue paper flowers actually started out as a border strip but it didn't look right so it got turned into flowers. I am really happy with the serviette flowers with their soft, fluffy ruffles.
Those flowers are just fabbo. I love what you did with the sketch and what a sweet photo of you.

Such beautiful flowers! I think using tissue paper breathed real life into them. They have that fragile sort of beauty that real flowers have. (and CUTE picture of little girl Gayle! I remember your earlier post about that Dollie - too cute!)
