A Mixed Media Color Challenge #5


Played along with A Mixed Media Color Challenge again. It is the best promp and inspiration for me to get out my Art Journal and just have fun...and inks, paints stamps and masks make me very happy. I'm a bit late getting this one done but could not resist these colours. Seem to be on a bit of a Paisley  theme at the moment ( just an old hippie at heart ).

    Strange how paisleys are considered very 'traditional' in Indian culture! Consider myself an artistic hippie at heart like you :) Awesome AJ page!

    Oh another spectacular page! I love paisley too but in a more preppy fashion way.;) You did amazing things with it here. Fabulous embossing, outlining and stamping of it. Such wonderful textures and use of the colours all around.:)

    I'm glad you showed the little close up views as I would have missed all the nice texture and little stampings! Nice deep colors on this - with the fun focal point of the red fruit!
