This months challenge at Lets Get Shabby is to select one of the "seasonal" pictures below and use it as your inspiration to create. You can find all the details on how to play along HERE.
Sadly this is my last project for Lets Get Shabby as a DT member. I have been with the team since October 2010. Wow ! and have absolutely loved every minute of it. Mandy and Julie have always come up with new and different inspiration ideas and have been so easy going, organised, warm and friendly that the time has slipped by with me hardly realising how long it's been. Thank you girls ! Thanks for having me, I have loved my time creating at Lets Get Shabby.
The photo representing Autumn was an easy choice for me. I love the depth of colour that nature can create in Autumn, it is my favourite season....the oppressive heat of summer is replaced by cool, crisp evenings and the dusty, faded, bleached colours of summer are replaced with deep rich hues that are like a last hurrah before the colourless greys of winter.
OMG Gayle, this is such a brilliant burst of delight ... texture heaven x
