"POSE"........paperDVIZHNIK Challenge #36

Hello. Sometimes it's good to keep things simple. This page has been created for paperDVIZHNIK's latest challenge with the theme of "POSE". This page is all about the photo. My daughter, a dancer, in the beautiful arabesque position just messing around in her "trackies" and boots. The strong lines in the photo are created by the pose. This is what I wanted to highlight, so I've deliberately left lots of white space around it.
I've matched up the damask patterned paper with a damask stencil and created some texture with texture paste. Coloured it with distress stains and water colour paint.
Embellishments .......simple, 1 Prima wood flower and a couple of sequins.
I'm not usually a fan of sparkly, shiny things on lay-outs but the simplicity of this page allowed for a little "extravagance".
Have a look at the varied and oh so inspirational pages created by the rest of the team HERE at paperDVIZNIK

Thanks for visiting today, may the creative force be with you and your week ahead be full of inspirational possibilities.
